Welp, it's been a fun couple of months, we celebrated Emily's first birthday on New Year's Eve. Grandma & Grandpa Higham came to our place and we had some cake... tons of fun. Now, at 13 months, Emily is on the verge of walking. She can mostly walk right now, but I don't think it's fluid enough to classify her as a full blown walker. She stands up, takes a few steps, then falls back down on her rear end and proceeds to crawl the rest of the way to her desired destination. If she's coming towards Mom & Dad, she'll take a few steps and then dive in our direction and hope we catch her... it keeps us on our toes!
Jeffrey is now two and a half and is beginning to talk up a storm. He's becoming a real hoot. Often times his antics will leave our sides aching from laughter.
